The lift was inconsistent, there was an unpleasant smell near the lifts, and the corridors reeked of cigarettes despite a no-smoking policy!!! Improvements could certainly enhance the overall experience!!!

Fabulous staff and great breakfast choices

The warm welcome by the staff made my stay feel like home. Breakfast was a treat, with numerous choices, including a delicious halal corner, which I greatly appreciated. Their 24-hour buggy service was a lifesaver for reaching nearby shopping areas.

wonderful staff

crowded lobby

Had a braw time! The free buggy service was a cracker. saved us from legging it after all that shopping! The staff were pure dead brilliant, especially Mild and Som who helped us with the Thai costume photo session. Only downside was the crowded lobby at peak times.

fantastic location with easy access to shopping and dining. the staff were so accommodating and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. the free buggy service was a nice touch, too.
